Dividing estates according to what the Sharia decides, and ending them statutorily is a matter that must be accomplished as soon as possible after the death of the deceased, to preserve the rights of heirs and avoid disputes. Our office provides advice, legal and Sharia solutions regarding inherited estates. We also provide services for drafting wills and endowments and ensuring their clarity and accurate implementation in line with the provisions of the Sharia and the applicable laws, and in a manner that preserves the assets of funds for the benefit of the heirs and documenting them before the competent authorities, in addition to judicial receivership / custody.
