Banking Legal Services

Our office provides, through a specialized team, legal services and advice in the banking and credit fields on all issues to which the bank is a party, reviewing and drafting agreements related to financing, documentary credits and letters of guarantee, and scheduling debt repayment, as well as representing clients in all banking disputes and violations and pleading before the competent committees.
